胎盘Ⅲ级与新生儿评分的影响

Effect of grade Ⅲ placenta on neonatal score

目的:探讨胎盘成熟度超声分级对新生儿评分的影响。方法:采用回顾性方法,对253例妊娠孕妇在分娩前1周内进行B超胎盘成熟度超声分级检查。根据Grannum胎盘成熟度分级,分Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ级组,比较两组数据与新生儿评分的影响。结果:两组间羊水量、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿体重差异无显着性。结论:胎盘成熟的形态学改变对新生儿评分没有显着影响。

Objective：To investigate the maturity of ultrasonic placental grading score of the newborn. Methods A retrospective method, of 253 cases of pregnancy 1 week before giving birth to maturity of B-ultrasound placental grading examination. According to Grannum placental maturity grading, sub-group of grade II and Ⅲgrade group, data were compared with the impact of neonatal score. The results of amniotic fluid volume between the two groups, Apgar score, birth weight difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions The morphological changes of placental maturity score of no significant impact on newborns.
