心理与中医结合治疗儿童多动症30临床体会

Clinical experience of treating 30 children with ADHD by psychological treatment plus TCM

目的:探讨心理与中医辩证分型结合治疗儿童多动症的疗效。方法:选取门诊儿童多动症30例,随机分成两组,中医与心理结合治疗组(观察组)15例,采用中医辩证及中医心理疗法:顺志从欲法,精神内守法认知疗法,情志相胜法,暗示治疗法等。中医辨证分型为:肾虚阳亢型、心脾气虚型、痰火扰心型。中医治疗组(对照组)15例,采用纯中医辩证分型进行治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为90%,对照组有效率为70%,两组对比有统计学差异。结论:观察组疗效优于对照组,心理与中医辨证结合治疗此症具有明显疗效,副作用小,值得临床推广。
