矿井建设专业对现场操作能力要求较高,该专业学生的岗位能力须在施工现场培养和锻炼.基于矿井建设专业毕业生顶岗实习这一重要教学环节,对校外实习实训基地的建设进行了探讨,并就存在的问题提出了相关建议.

Mine construction major has high requirement for field operation abilities and students ＇ post ability should be cultivated and trained at construction sites. Based on the important teaching link of graduates＇ post practice of mine construction major, this paper explores construction of practical bases outside school and puts forward related suggestions on existing problems.
