摘要
在激烈的社会变革中,高职院校教师会产生心理障碍,影响教师的身心健康,从而影响到人才培养质量.因此,有必要对高职院校教师的心理健康标准进行研究.高职院校教师心理健康标准为:在认知方面,要有敏锐的观察力、丰富的想象力、良好的思维能力和注意力;在情绪方面,要心境良好、情绪积极、关爱学生、热爱高职教育事业;在人格方面,要有良好的自我意识、强烈的责任感、顽强的意志、高涨的学习热情、勤奋的实践精神、和谐的人际关系;在心理适应方面,要处变不惊,积极应对.
During the fierce social change, psychological obstacle of teachers in higher vocational colleges influences their physical and mental health, thus influences the talent training quality. It is necessary to study the mental health standard of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The standard includes keen observation ability, rich imagination, high quality of thinking and concentration in terms of cognition, peaceful mood, positive emotion, love to students and higher vocational education in terms of emotional state, sober self--consciousness, strong responsibility, indomitable will, upsurge high passion for learning, diligent practice spirit, harmonious interpersonal relationship in terms of personality and being calm in the hour of peril and positive to cope in terms of psychological adaptation.
