环境友好型复合式融雪剂的制备、表征及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用生物质(麦秸秆、木屑等)气化、干馏制燃料气过程中的废液———粗木醋液和白云石矿石粉为主要原料,制备醋酸钙镁盐(CMA),进而与硝酸盐复合,制备出低成本的环保型复合式融雪剂.同时,分别用酸碱滴定法和络合滴定法测定木醋液中酸的浓度和产物中的钙镁含量.实验证实,所制复合式融雪剂表现出优异的融冰雪性能和良好的环保性能,其中硝酸镁为复合物所制样品性能最佳.表明由木醋液和白云石矿石粉为主料制CMA类环保型融雪剂的方法,不仅可为道路除冰雪提供一种低成本的生产路线并根除氯害,同时可为这类生物质废液的治理提供一个变废为宝的新途径,对生物质资源的有效利用有重要意义. The low-cost environment-friendly calcium-magnesium acetate (CMA) deicers were prepared from dolomite and pyroligneous liquid via the simple process. Meanwhile, the acid-base titration was used to confirm the content of acid and the active components in the samples. The asprepared composite deicers based on CMA exhibited high activity for the dealing of snow and ice. And MgO was the perfect doped component under the reaction conditions. The preparation process reported in this paper provided a new low-cost route for the preparation of environment- friendly deicers.
