造纸法再造烟叶企业工艺质量信息化管理

Management of quality information in paper-making reconstituted tobacco manufacturering enterprise

为提高造纸法再造烟叶企业生产工艺管理和质量管理水平,基于SSH框架、采用B/S模式设计开发了工艺质量信息系统,实现了工艺数据的分类、编辑、查询、统计分析、评价和工艺流程控制。实践表明应用该系统可提高产品加工的一次性合格率,降低损失,提高效率。

Process quality information system was developed based on SSH framework and B/S model to improve man- agement of quality information in paper-making reconstituted tobacco manufacturers. Functions, which included process parameters＇classification, editing, acquiring, statistical analysis, evaluation and process control, were realized in the system. Results showed that the system increased first-time pass rates and efficiency while reducing process loss.
