摘要
为提高烤烟催芽包衣种子的出苗速率、整齐度和幼苗素质,采用不同浓度MS培养液、赤霉素、萘乙酸组合配比对中烟201种子进行催芽处理,统计分析不同催芽处理后种子萌发和幼苗根长及下胚轴长度。结果表明,MS培养液、赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)单独催芽处理烟草种子,在适宜浓度下均能促进种子萌发,其中采用MS培养液+植物生长调节物质配方(1XMS+100 mg/L GA3+2 mg/L NAA)催芽处理的种子在萌发率和幼苗生长状态上表现最好。经其催芽处理后的种子,播种后第2天萌发率达到84%,而未经催芽处理和单独用水催芽处理的种子的萌发率仅为0和22%。播种后两周测量幼苗根长和下胚轴长度,经MS培养液+植物生长调节物质配方催芽处理后的种子幼苗根长和下胚轴长度分别为1.55 cm和0.96 cm,并且已分化出侧根;未经催芽处理的为0.66 cm和0.67 cm,用水催芽处理的为0.88 cm和0.63 cm,均未见侧根分化。
Seeds of the flue-cured tobacco Zhongyan 201 were sprouted by different concentration of MS medium, gibberellin (GA3), and Naphthalene acetic acid (NAA), and germination rate, seedling root length, and hypocotyl length of different treatments was collected.. Results showed that after treated by MS medium, GA3, and NAA of proper concentration, germination rate of all treatments was increased, and reached the peak in the MS medium and plant growth regulator ( 1 X MS + 100 mg/L GA3 + 2 mg/L NAA). Germination rate of sprouted seeds reached 84% on the second day, while that of un-sprouted seeds and seeds sprouted only by water was only 0 and 22%, respectively. Seedling root length and hypocotyl length of the sprouted seeds were 1.55cm and O. 96 cm two weeks later when lateral roots developed; while those of unsprouted seed were O. 66cm and O. 67cm, respectively, and seeds primed only by water were O. 88cm and O. 63cm without lateral roots.
