我国当前社会主义法治建设的过程中出现了大量与法治完全相反的、通过非制度化的方式寻求制度外解决问题的现象,这说明现阶段我国法治发展遇到了瓶颈,即受到了民主建设和政权建设的制约而难以前进。只有加强民主和政权建设,我国的法治建设才能取得新的进展。
