摘要
选取液态奶包装中较具有代表性的无菌砖包装,依据国家相关法律法规,建立了液态奶包装安全的综合评价指标体系.在克服传统层次分析法(AHP)标度比较简单、不能完全反映出实际判断结果不足的基础上,采用梯形模糊层次分析法(TF-AHP)确定各层指标的权重,并结合模糊综合评判法,从理论角度构建了液态奶包装安全评价模型,最后通过实例分析,得出了相关结论.实践表明,该模型能为液态奶包装安全的监管提供决策辅助作用,具有一定的可行性和实用性.
Aseptic brick packaging of liquid milk packaging is chosen to establish comprehensive evaluation index system for liquid milk packaging security according to relevant state laws and regulations.To overcome the traditional analytic hierarchy process(AHP) scale,which is relatively simple and cannot fully judge the actual results,and based on the trapezoidal fuzzy AHP(TF-AHP),the levels of target weight are determined.Combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and from a theoretical point of liquid milk packaging,a safety assessment model is built.Finally the relevant conclusions are drawn through a case study.Practice shows that the model for liquid milk packaging safety has supporting role in regulatory decision-making.
