专业学位一般指有专门职业要求的研究生教育学位,主要培养有特定职业背景的高级专门人才。通过对河南省城建类硕士专业学位人才需求分析,指出大力发展城建类硕士专业学位教育是推进河南省高等教育改革与发展、实现"富民强省"的必然要求。根据硕士专业学位的培养目标要求,提出专业学位要坚持"三从一大一导向"的办学思想,构建了适应硕士专业学位教育的"螺旋提升型"培养模式和"四联五段式"培养思路。

A professional degree is generally a graduate degree that requires professional job requirements in a certain profession with propose of developing senior professionals with a specific professional background.Based on talent requirement analysis and training mode with master＇s degree of urban construction in Henan province,it is a necessary requirement to develop professional master education of urban construction to promote higher education reform and development of Henan Province and achieve the goal of being ＂prosperous people and wealthy province＂.According to the objectives and requirements of professional master education,the concepts of starting from the actual demand,university-enterprise cooperation and from the viewpoint of management innovation,enlarging financial investment and application oriented are presented for professional degree education,and adopt the ＂spiral upgrade type＂ training mode in professional master education with the core of ＂quadruple five-phase＂ training mode.
