The principle of talent management under the Party leadership is not only the basic principle and essential guidingideology in the talent strategy, but also an important guarantee for talent development of institutions of higher education. In order to meet the needs of scientific development of talent work, the Party Committee of higher education should clarify its functions, rationalize its position and strengthen its leadership to renew the conception of talent, perfect the talent mechanism and create harmonious environment for talent cultivation.
