摘要
目的探讨Aβ40、TNF-α、IL-1与原发性甲减的关系及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定了50例对照组和120例原发性甲减患者(其中轻度、中度、重度甲减各40例)血清中Aβ40、TNF-α、IL-1的水平;同时测定促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)。并对其比较,分析Aβ40与其他各变量的关系。结果重度甲减组血清Aβ40、TNF-α、IL-1水平均高于其他各组(P<0.01),原发性甲减患者血清Aβ40水平与TSH、TNF-α、IL-1、TC、TG、LDL呈正相关(P<0.01),与FT3、FT4、HDL呈负相关(P<0.01或0.05);Aβ40与TNF-α、IL-1、TSH有数量依存关系(P<0.01或0.05)。结论在甲减状态下,有炎症反应参与;严重甲减时会出现中枢神经系统功能损伤,这对原发性甲减患者脑功能损伤的客观判断有指导意义。
Objective To test the levels of Aβ40,TNF-α and IL-l in the serum of patients with primary hypothyroidism and to discuss the relationship between Aβ40,TNF-α,IL-l and primary hypothyroidism as well as their significance.Methods This study included 50 control and 120 patients with primary hypothyroidism which were equally divided into three groups according to their level of the thyroid hormone(mild/moderate/severe group).The levels of Aβ40,TNF-α,IL-l were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) respectively.Meanwhile,the levels of TSH,FT3,FT4,TC,TG,LDL and HDL were also detected.Results the levels of serum′s Aβ40,TNF-α and IL-l levels in the severe group with hypothyroidism were significantly higher than those of the mild and control group(P0.01),as well as the moderate groups(P0.05).The levels of serum's Aβ40,TNF-α and IL-l levels in the moderate group of hypothyroidism were higher than those of control group(P0.01).There was positive correlation between Aβ40 levels in serum of primary hypothyroidism and TSH,TNF-α,IL-l,TC,TG,LDL(P0.01),negative correlation and FT3,FT4 and HDL.Conclusion The levels of serum's Aβ40,TNF-α and IL-l of patients with primary hypothyroidism are significantly correlated with those of FT3,FT4 and TSH.The levels of serum's Aβ40,TNF-α and IL-l in patients with severe hypothyroidism are significantly elevated,which suggests that inflammatory reactions may be involved in the hypothyroidism state.Injury of the function of central nervous system would occur in the state of severe hypothyroidism,which may play an important part in the judgment of functional brain injury.
