山东省老年人牙周健康状况及认知情况调查分析

A SURVEY ON THE STATE OF PERIODONTAL HEALTH OF THE AGED AND ITS COGNITION IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

目的了解山东省老年人牙周健康状况及牙周保健知识的认知水平,探讨其对牙周健康的影响,寻求有效的临床干预及保健指导措施,减少老年人牙周炎发病率。方法对648名60岁以上老年人通过调查问卷获得被调查者的一般情况、日常口腔保健行为及家族牙周病和糖尿病史、牙周保健知识认知水平数据;通过牙周检查表记录其牙周健康状况,使用Epidata软件建立数据库,使用SPSS17.0软件,对数据进行统计学分析。结果性别、学历、吸烟、刷牙以及家族糖尿病史与牙周炎有关系密切;被调查人群牙周保健知识认知水平存在不足。结论政府部门以及相关医疗机构应当逐步建立健全社会口腔卫生保健体系,加强宣传教育,强化口腔保健知识与行为,使患者充分认识到自我口腔保健对牙周病治疗的必要性,明确自身在疾病治疗中的主导地位,减少老年群体的牙周炎发生率。

Objective To acquaint ourselves with the state of periodontal health among the aged and the cognition of knowledge on its health care and to explore effective clinical inventions and measures to reduce the incidence of periodontitis in the elderly.Methods A questionnaire was designed to obtain information on the general state,daily oral care,family history of diabetes and periodontal diseases as well as the knowledge on periodontal health care of 648 senior citizens aged over 60.Besides,the Epidata software was employed to establish a database on the recorded result of periodontal examinations.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Results Gender,education,smoking,teeth brushing and family history of diabetes disease are closely related to periodontitis（P 0.05）.Most of the people investigated had poor knowledge on the periodontal health.Conclusion Government and related medical institutions should gradually establish and improve the system of oral health care,strengthen the propaganda and education on oral health so that patients will be fully aware of the importance and necessity of oral health care to reduce the incidence of periodontitis among the aged.
