PDG教学法在高职高专医学院校组织学与胚胎学教学中的应用研究 被引量:4

APPLICATION RESEARCH ON PDG METHOD IN TEACHING HISTOLOGY AND EMBRYOLOGY IN HIGHER VOCATIONAL MEDICAL COLLEGES

摘要 目的探讨问题-讨论-指导(PDG)教学方法在高职高专医学院校组织学与胚胎学理论教学中的应用效果。方法选取200名2010级临床医学专业学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,各100人。实验组采用PDG教学方法,对照组采用传统授课教学方法。课程结束后采用统一试题进行考试以评价教学效果,并采用自行设计的调查问卷对实验组学生进行问卷调查以评价教学的主观效果。结果实验组考试成绩为(86.36±5.32)分,对照组成绩为(75.43±4.22)分,两组比较有统计学意义(t=6.84,P<0.01),实验组优于对照组。PDG教学法在课堂氛围活跃融洽、激发学习兴趣、培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力等方面得到肯定。结论 PDG教学法应用于组织学与胚胎学理论教学具有较好的效果。 Objective To investigate the effects of the problem-discuss-guidance(PDG) method in teaching histology and embryology in higher vocational medical colleges.Methods 100 second-year medical students were randomly divided into the control group using the traditional teaching method and the experimental group using the PDG teaching method.At the end of the course,the unified test was adopted to test the teaching effects,and self-designed questionnaire surveys were used in the experimental group to test the teaching of the subjective effects.Results The examination results in the experimental group were(86.36±5.32) points,and(75.43±4.22)points in the control group(t=6.84,P0.01).The PDG teaching method could activate classroom atmosphere,stimulate the harmony and foster students' interest in learning.Conclusion The PDG teaching method has good effects in teaching histology and embryology.
