摘要
蹦床运动在我国起步相对较晚,2009年蹦床新规则出台后,增加了整套动作的高度分,并以腾空时间来计算,对我国蹦床运动的发展又提出了新的挑战。而蹦床的腾空高度与运动员的起跳密切相关,本文通过对近几年蹦床网上起跳的生物力学研究进行总结和分析,力求发现起跳技术研究方面的薄弱环节,为今后蹦床运动的研究和科学训练提供理论依据和技术支持。
Trampoline Exercise was started relatively late in China.With the introduction of new rules in 2009,an increase of the height of sub-set of actions which will be calculated by flight time would definitely pose great challenge to the development of the trampoline project of our nation.As the vacated height is closely related to the taking-off of athletes,this paper aims to find out the weak links of previous studies on taking-off techniques and thus provide theoretical basis and technical support for later research and scientific training by summarizing and analyzing the biomechanical literatures about trampoline taking-off publicized in recent years.
