摘要
针对专业运动队中重点运动员的管理进行了研究,以"以人为本"的管理理念为基点,分析了竞技体育中对重点运动员实施"人性化管理"的必要性,并提出与阐述了"三角色"管理模式。
In this paper,we did a study about the management of focus athletes in the professional sports teams.In order to ＂people-oriented＂ management concept as the basis,we analyzed the necessity of implementing ＂humanistic management＂ to focus athletes in competitive sports,and elaborated the ＂three roles＂ management mode.
