摘要
高辍学率不仅造成了教育资源的浪费,影响了远程开放教育的形象、质量和社会认可度,阻碍远程教育的正常发展,还会给辍学者带来身心伤害。运用质性研究的方法,通过对辍学者的访谈,从远程教育学习者的入学动机、辍学原因、辍学后的心情及今后的打算等方面深入细致地了解影响他们辍学的主要因素,包括工学矛盾、学习动力不足、情感上受到伤害等,并从改进教学内容、教学过程,重视对学习者的情感关怀,建立复学机制等方面思考和探究如何有效地降低远程开放教育学习者的辍学率。
With an educational resources waste and influence on the image, quality and social recognition of distant education, a high dropout rate hinders the normal development of distant education and brings physical and psychological harms to the dropouts. Based on qualitative analysis and in- terviews with dropouts on orientation motivation, dropout reasons, feeling after dropout and future plan, the author investigates the influent dropout factors including the contradiction between work and study, lock of motivation, emotional harms, etc, and explores how to effectively reduce the dropout rate through improving teaching content and instruction process, focusing on the learners'emotion and estahli^hir,. ~ rn~,-h.ni^m ; ,;~ mr ,.~h..~l
