茉莉酸甲酯诱导甘蔗抗虫性中多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性分析 被引量:7

Activity of Polyphenol Oxidase in Sugarcane with Borer Resistance Induced from Methyl Jasmonate

摘要 诱导抗虫性研究发现,应用茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)诱导甘蔗后,其叶片及生长点组织中多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性明显提高,酶活性分别达22~50 units/mg和182~218 units/mg,这与模拟螟虫取食作用的机械损伤诱导作用结果相类似。 Research on induced resistance revealed that the activity of polyphenol oxidase increased considerably in the leaves and growing tips of sugarcane after methyl jasmonate induction. The activity reaches 22-50 units/mg and 182-218 units/mg respectively, similar to the induction of mechanical damage that imitates borer bites.
