摘要
通过用乙醇提取干黄银杏叶,测试提取染料的吸光度、染色织物色度(K/S值、L、a、b值)及染色牢度来探讨银杏叶天然染料的稳定性及其对柞丝绸织物的染色效果。实验结果显示:溶液的pH值对天然植物染料银杏叶提取物的稳定性有较大影响;染液可以直接上染柞蚕丝。染液的pH值对染色效果、染色牢度和强度影响最大。染色时间为60 min,染浴温度为70℃,染浴pH值为5,染液浓度为20%时K/S值最大;染液先于碳酸钠作用后染色被染织物表现出良好的染色深度、色相和牢度。染液经过碳酸钠溶液作用,染色效果较好。
Dyestuff was extracted from ginkgo leaves with ethanol solution. Its absorbance, fabrics color (K/ S value and L, a, b value) and colr fastness were investigated. The results indicated that pH value had significant effect on the stability of the dye. The obtained dye can be directly applied to dye tussah silk. The Ph value of the dyeing solution greatly affects the effect, fastness and strength of dyeing. Satisfactory K/S value was obtained in solution with pH of 4 and concentration of 20% in 60 min and at 70℃. The dye solution previously treated with Na2CO3 solution can improve the color depth, hue and fastness of the fabrics.
