摘要
以后勤特色服务文化打造高标准文明单位、文明小区是后勤管理面临的一个新课题。根据开滦集团服务分公司特色服务文化建设的实际,阐述了如何围绕推动后勤调整转型、和谐稳定和"三提一降"的目标,建设具有特色、个性和创新性的后勤特色服务文化的探索以及取得的效果。
Using logistics characteristic service culture to make high standard civilization unit,civilized community is a new topic logistics management is facing.According to Kailuan Group Service Branch characteristic service culture construction practice,this paper expounds on how to promote the transformation,the harmonious and stable logistics adjustment and the "Three Ups One Down" goal,features,personality and innovation of the logistics service culture.
