摘要 针对水利信息预报与监测的准确性与及时性,以莱西市产芝水库为研究对象,通过系统分析方法,给出了一种预测模型算法,并以该算法为核心建立了水利信息预报与监测系统。研究结果表明,该系统可使用户方便快捷地得到有效信息,并且通过统计分析、预测模型来帮助管理者正确制定调度预案。系统可满足产芝水库的调度要求,在提高水库运行效率、增效减灾中具有重要作用。 Aiming at the accuracy and timeliness of forecasting and monitoring for the irrigation information, this paper whose research object is Chanzhi reservoir in Laixi city proposes a predicting model algorithm by using the analytical methods of the system. Based on this algorithm, a forecasting and monitoring system for irrigation information is constructed. The results of the research show that the system can make the user obtain valid information quickly and expediently, and help the managers formulate the correct scheduling plans by the statistical analysis and the forecasting models. Hence, the system meets the sched- uling requirements of the Chanzhi reservoir and plays an important role in the improving the efficiency of reservoir operation.
