摘要 运用自主研制的正比计数器对环境中气态氚进行取样测量,针对该探测器设计了一种基于二阶有源低通滤波电路的脉冲整形电路,采用高速运算放大器实现了核脉冲的滤波整形,用较少的级数进行滤波即得到准高斯波形。利用Multisim10.0软件对滤波电路的不同参数进行仿真测试,仿真结果与理论结果相符合。通过实验证明了该电路的可行性,同时为分析、优化核脉冲的波形,使其能够在后续的脉冲幅度分析器中被有效甄别提供了一种便捷可靠的方法。 Use the self-developed proportional to sample gas tritium in environment and make the measurement.For this detector,a kind of pulse shaped circuit based on second order active low pass filtering circuit realized filtering and shaping nuclear pulse by high-speed operational amplifier,with less stages that has been approved for filter Gaussian wave.Use Multisim10.0 to simulate the different parameters of the filter circuit.The simulation result was consistent with the theoretical results.The experiments proved the feasibility of this circuit,and at the same time provided a convenient and reliable method for analysis and optimization of the nuclear pulse waveform in order for discriminating by MCA.
