摘要 根据实际运算放大器开环增益特性,从理论上推导了改进型有源微分电路的幅频数学式,介绍了脉冲峰位检测电路的设计方法。用LM118芯片设计了一种快脉冲峰位检测电路,用MATLAB进行数值分析,结果与理论很好吻合。 On the basis of the open-loop gain characteristic of an operational amplifier,the mathtical relation between the open-loop gain and frequency of the modified active differential circuit is derived theoretically.According to this mathtical relation,the design method of the peak position detection circuit is introduced.A peak position detection circuit for a fast pulse is designed by use of LM118 integrated circuit,and the numerical calculation of the circuit is performed by use of MATLAB software.The calculation result is in good accordance with the theoretical prediction.
