Phthalate Ester and Development of Its Environment-friendly Substitutes

邻苯二甲酸酯是塑料制品最重要的增塑剂品种,在我国约占增塑剂消费量的85%。但因其毒性和致癌性,近年来受到欧洲、美国等国的限用和禁用。塑料制品行业急需寻找它的环保取代品。本文主要推荐了一批已经工业化生产和正在研究开发的增塑剂品种,包括对苯二甲酸酯、苯多酸多酯、二元酸酯、聚酯、植物油、环氧植物油和柠檬酸酯等系列增塑剂,性能良好,环境友好。

Phthalate ester was the most important plasticizer of plastic product and it accounted for 85% of total plasticizer consumption in China. But it was limited or banned by some countries in Europe and America in recent years because of its toxicity and carcinogenesis. Therefore, its substitutes were urgently needed for plastic industry. A series of commercialization plasticizers and plasticizers in developing were recommented, including p-phthalate ester, benzene polycarboxylic ester, aliphatic dibasic acid ester, polyester, vegetable oil, epoxidized vegetable oil and citrate ester plasticizers, they were environment-friendly with good performance.
