摘要
针对目前选煤厂粗煤泥分选设备分选精度差的问题,提出了一种TBS分选机精选、螺旋分选机扫选和螺旋分选机低密度轻产物返回TBS分选机再选的粗煤泥分选组合工艺流程,实现了TBS分选机和螺旋分选机优势互补的系统集成,并采用重力选煤过程的计算机优化程序对分选效果进行了模拟预测。该组合工艺流程可将单独使用TBS分选机和螺旋分选机时的分选精度Ep值由0.1和0.11通过系统组合提高到0.077,分选效果较为理想。
According to the problem that the low sharpness of separation of current equipment used for separating coarse slime in coal preparation plant,the paper presents a combined coarse slime separation process that cleaning with TBS,scavenging with spiral separator and take the light product from spiral retune to TBS for re-separation,witch process realized mutually beneficial of TBS and spiral,and use the computer optimized program to analog prediction of separation result.This increased the sharpness(Ep value) of separation from 0.1 and 0.11 for separated use TBS and spiral respectively to the 0.077 with the combined process,and reached satisfied separation result.
