摘要 采用模式匹配法分析了H面阶梯的散射矩阵,通过等效电路法得到耦合系数以及等效电长度。为了将加工中倒角的影响考虑在内,使用阶梯近似,采用S矩阵级联的方法计算H面阶梯波导滤波器加工过程中倒角后阶梯的阻抗变换器值,并通过设计例子来验证该方法的有效性。 Mode match method is introduced to. analyze the scattering matrix of H-piane step. The coupling coefficients and equivalent electronic length of the discontinuity are obtained by calculating its equivalent circuit. Owing to the difficulty of manufacturing right corners, milling technology is adopted and its influence.on filter design stage is considered by the introduction of equivalent circuit of inverter. Using ladder approximation and S matrix-cascade, the value of stepped impedance transformer during the processing of H-plane stepped waveguide filter is calculated. A design example is given to validate this method.
