摘要
液压增力打捞技术是针对水平井实施打捞的一项新技术。根据水平井的特殊井身结构与液压增力解卡的特殊工作状态,利用力学分析、数学建模方法对相关打捞管柱的力学性能进行了分析计算;建立了新的力学模型来预测管柱上提时的摩擦损失和解卡力,并结合液压增力器性能参数和强度理论进行了管柱校核。实例计算验证了建立模型和强度校核方法,研究方法为提高相关施工的安全性及效率奠定了一定基础。
Hydraulic force increasing pulling-fishing is a new technology for fishing treatment in horizontal wells.According to the special body structure of horizontal wells and special working condition of hydraulic pressure pulling force for stuck-releasing,calculation and analysis of mechanical performance of the salvage string was conducted by using the mechanical analysis and mathematical model.This paper established the reasonable mechanical model to predict the friction losses of string and releasing force during the upward movement of strings,and then checked the string strength combining the performance parameters of hydraulic force increasing tool and the strength theory.The example analysis verified the method of model establishment and strength calibration which optimize the operation parameters of construction and laid a certain foundation for improving the safety and efficiency of relevant construction.
