抗温防老化调驱剂的研究及在雁50断块的应用

摘要 雁50断块油藏温度高(117℃),常规分注措施有效期短(60 d),措施成功率低(33%),调驱技术因调驱剂热稳定性差而未能解决这一问题,借鉴了橡胶制品添加抗温防老化剂的做法,对4种抗温防老化剂进行了筛选和热稳定性考察实验,筛选出一种能有效提高凝胶热稳定性的抗温防老化添加剂(GW-3),使调驱剂热稳定性大大提高。现场试验表明,该调驱剂热稳定性好,能有效调整层内和平面矛盾,减缓井组含水上升速度和产量递减速度,提高油藏开发效果。 Conventional separate injection operation conducted in Block Yan 50 reservoir were featured by short effective period(only 60 days) and low success rate(33%) due to the high reservoir temperature(has reached to 117 degree).Profile control technique was abandoned because of the poor performance of plugging agent.Based on that,rubber products with temperature resistance and antiaging additive are used for reference by selecting a heat resistance and anti-aging agent which could improve thermal stability of gels greatly.The process involved in selections in 4 kinds of related additives and experiments of their heat stability.Pilot tests in 2 field wells have illustrated that the temperature resistance agent not only can effectively cope with the heterogeneity in and between layers but also can slow down the speed of water content and output drop,which will enhance the development effect powerfully.
