施肥处理对杨树黄化苗木叶部氧化酶及叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在前期土壤分析的基础上对苏北杨树黄化苗木进行了施肥处理:根施硫镁复合肥+叶面喷施叶肥。通过对处理组与对照组不同部位、不同黄化级别的叶片内生化物质含量的分析表明:处理组对杨树黄化苗木各项生化指标均有影响,其中对叶片叶绿素含量、POD酶含量以及PPO酶含量的升高均有促进作用,施肥处理使得它们分别提高了2.3倍、3.6倍和2.5倍,显著高于对照组。对SOD酶的影响呈抑制作用,且影响幅度较小。此外,施肥处理对上部叶片各指标的影响一般高于中、下部,且随着黄化程度的加重,叶片复绿的速度逐步减缓,甚至无法恢复。因此,建议对出现苗木黄化地块尽早采取有效措施以促使黄化苗木复绿。 Based on the preliminary soil chemical analysis, the root S/Mg compound fertilizer and foliar spraying fertilizer were applied to the etiolated poplar seedlings in northern Jiangsu. The biochemical content in leaves of different plant parts and aetiolation level between treatment and control group demonstrated that the fertilizer had effects on all biochemical indi- cators of the seedlings. The fertilizer enhanced the quantity of chlorophyll, PPO enzyme and POD enzyme obviously by 2. 3, 3.6 times and 2.5 times respectively. However, it had slightly negative influence on SOD enzyme. In addition, the effect of fertilizer treatment had more serious influence on the upside leaves than the lower parts generally , and with the ag- gravation of aetiolation, the green recovering speed slows down and even stopped. Therefore, the areas of aetiolated poplar seedlings should be taken eftective action as soon as possible.
