支持向量机的关节坐标测量机最佳测量区研究 被引量:6

摘要 测量时将小尺寸被测工件置于关节式坐标测量机的最佳测量区(即测量误差最小的区域)内,用低精度测量机可实现高精度测量。为了获得最佳测量区,给出了测量机的测量空间;运用支持向量机的方法建立了空间误差分布模型;讨论了两种最佳测量区方案;最后通过实验求解了最佳测量区并进行了验证,结果表明位于最佳测量点P1处的锥窝计算距离平均值为0.1299 mm,而比对点P为0.2048 mm。这说明基于支持向量机的关节式坐标测量机最佳测量区的研究是有效的。 If a measured workpiece is of a small size and located in the optimal measurement area,the high precision measurement result can be realized by using a low-precision measuring machine.To obtain the optimal measurement area of the articulated arm coordinate measuring machines,the measuring space of articulated arm CMM is given,and its spatial error distribution model is build by using support vector machine theory.The two solutions of the optimal measurement area are discussed and solved through experiments.The results show that the cone socket average distance at the optimal measurement point P1 is 0.1299 mm,but the comparison point P is 0.2048 mm.It is believed that the study on optimal measurement area of articulated arm CMM based on support vector machine is effective.
