滚轴支座滚动摩擦性能的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 滚轴支座作为建筑结构中一种基本的支座形式,其理想的传力模式是仅传递来自上部结构的竖向荷载,而释放由温度变化等因素产生的水平内力。滚轴支座工作性能的好坏取决于滚轴的滚动摩擦性能,目前国内外对于这方面的研究比较少。本文针对某工程单向滚轴支座,试验测试了该支座在竖向荷载、侧向水平荷载以及竖向荷载与侧向水平荷载共同作用下的滚动摩擦性能。通过试验研究,掌握了竖向压力对底部滚轴以及侧向水平压力对侧面滚轴滚动摩擦系数的影响规律。同时试验结果也表明,在竖向荷载和水平荷载共同作用下,底部滚轴和侧面滚轴共同工作的摩擦力实测值略大于底部滚轴和侧面滚轴在单独工作时的摩擦力组合值。研究成果为具有该类支座形式的结构设计提供了依据。 As a basic support form in structures,roller bearing has been designed to transfer only the vertical load from the upper structure and freely move in the horizontal direction to release the thermal stresses due to temperature variation.The performance of the bearing support depends on to some extend the rolling friction behaviour of the bearing support.However,the research on this topic is very limited.This paper presents the experimental investigation on the rolling friction behaviour of one-way roller bearing subjected to vertical load,horizontal lateral load,and combined vertical and horizontal lateral load.The effects of vertical load and horizontal lateral load on the rolling friction coefficients have been studied.The test results also showed that the value of rolling friction force of the roller bearing subjected to combined vertical and horizontal lateral load is larger than the sum of those subjected to vertical load and horizontal lateral load separately.This study contributes to the design of structures with this kind of bearing support.
