轻型木结构面板钉节点单调加载试验研究 被引量:12

Test Study on Behavior of Stud-to-Sheathing Nail Joints under Monotonic Load in Light Wood Frame Constructions

摘要 对10组不同类型的面板钉节点试件,每组15个,总计150个试件,进行单调加载试验,测出其荷载-滑移曲线。通过对这些荷载-滑移曲线的分析,并对不同类型面板钉节点试件承载力、变形能力、破坏模式等力学特征进行比较,得出以下主要结论:①钉边距是影响面板钉节点承载力与变形的重要因素,随着边距的增大,其对节点的受力性能的影响趋于稳定;②板厚是影响钉节点力学性能的关键参数;③顺纹钉节点的承载力和横纹钉节点相差不大,但顺纹钉节点的变形能力要明显好于横纹钉节点。 150 specimens of stud-to-sheathing nail joints,which is divided into 10 groups,with each group of 15 specimens,were tested under monotonic lateral load,and then the load-slip curves of these specimens were obtained.After analyzing these load-slip curves,the mechanical properties of different types of nail joints,such as strength,stiffness,failure mode were compared with each other,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.The edge distance has significant impact on the mechanical properties of nail joints,but the impact trends to be steady as the edge distance increases.2.The thickness of the sheathing board is a key factor influencing the mechanical properties of nail joints.3.There is slightly difference on strength between the nail joints with load parallel to grain and perpendicular to grain,however,the nail joints with load parallel to grain have better deforming ability than that with load perpendicular to grain.
