钢桥无损检测的可靠度理论及应用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 损伤容限方法正逐步成为钢桥设计、评定与维护的理论基础。损伤检测作为损伤容限理论的重要组成部分,在确定构件初始缺陷/裂纹尺寸,优化结构检测周期等方面起着关键作用,其可靠度水平直接关乎结构的安全。回顾了无损检测可靠度指标-检出概率(POD)的计算理论,介绍了钢桥结构维护常用的无损检测手段,整理了获取裂纹/缺陷检出概率的主要试验及计算流程,总结了钢桥无损检测可靠度的相关研究成果,阐明了钢桥无损检测可靠度理论及应用的研究现状和研究方向。 Damage tolerance approach is the theoretical basis for design,assessment and maintenance of steel bridges.As a major component of damage tolerance theory,damage detection plays an important role in the determination of initial defects/cracks size in the elements and optimization of inspection intervals,the reliability of which is critical for the safety of structures.The paper reviews the study on probability of defects/cracks detection,introduces the major nondestructive inspection techniques used for steel bridges,presents the experiment and calculation procedures for obtaining detection probability curves and summarizes the researches of nondestructive inspection reliability,making an exhibition of the current situation and future topics of nondestructive inspection reliability research for steel bridges.
