摘要
分析了卫生信息化发展目标和需求,提出了基于居民健康档案的地市级区域卫生信息平台的总体设计方案。该方案采用信息资源规划、业务流程集成和用户访问层集成等关键技术,实现了各重点业务领域信息系统在不同层级上的数据交换、信息共享和业务协同。同时介绍了平台系统的体系架构和功能设计,并分析了区域卫生信息平台建设中居民健康档案的作用。
The health information technology development goals and needs are analyzed. The overall municipal health information regional platform is proposed based on the health records of residents. The information resource planning, business process integration and user access-layer integration technologies are used to realize data exchange, information sharing and business collaboration at different levels for information systems. The system architectures and the function design of the system platform are presented, and roles of the resident health record in the region- al health information platform are analyzed.
