校企合作视角下高职院校服务区域经济的研究

The Research on Higher Vocational Colleges Serving Regional Economy under Perspective of College-enterprise Cooperation

职业教育服务区域经济发展是其根本职责,而校企合作是实现职业教育职能的有效途径。只有校企携手共育人才,才能把职业教育的教育优势、人才优势、智力优势转化为区域经济的发展优势。因此,高职院校在服务区域经济发展过程中,应充分利用校企合作平台,发挥学院自身的特色优势,找准服务的契合点,提高院校服务的有效性和针对性。

It is the fundamental responsibilities for vocational education to serve the regional economic development. And cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the effective way to realize the fimction of vocational education. Only the college and enterprises are training students together, can it transform the education advantage, talents advantage and intelligence advantage of vocational education into the development advantage of regional economy. Therefore, colleges should make full use of the platform of college-enterprise cooperation, play the characteristics advantage of college themselves, find out the conjunction point of service, and increase the validity of college service in the process of serving regional economic development.
