基于工作岗位的高职会计专业人才培养模式探析

Analyzing Talents' Training Mode in the Major of Higher Vocational Accounting based on Work Post

当前高职院校会计专业的人才培养模式存在着目标就业岗位群不精确、理论知识体系与企业工作任务脱节、实践环节因会计专业特点而不便开展等诸多问题。结合沈阳职业技术学院工商管理系会计专业进行的基于会计工作岗位的高职会计专业人才培养模式改革,对如何解决高职层次会计专业人才培养所面临的困境提出了建议。

At present there exist many problems for talents＇ training mode in the major of higher vocational accounting, such as the inaccuracy of objective employment post group, the separation of theory knowledge system and enterprise work task, and the inconvenience of practical link because of the characteristies of accounting major. Combining the reform of talents＇ training mode in the major of higher vocational accounting based on accounting work post in accounting major of Business Administration Department, Shenyang Polytechnic College, this paper puts forward suggestions on how to solve the problems faced by talents＇ training in the major of higher vocational accounting.
