当前高职院校辅导员队伍面临着许多问题,思考新形势下如何开拓学生工作的思路,积极探求辅导员职业化建设,已成为当前思想政治教育工作面临的重要任务。辅导员队伍建设应以高职院校辅导员职业化为基点,从分析辅导员的现状入手,提出一些新的思路。

At present the counselors group in higher vocational colleges faces many problems. They should consider how to develop the thought of students work under the new condition and how to explore the construction of counselors professionalism, which has become the important issue for present work of ideological and political education. The construction of counselors staff should be based on the counselors professionalism in higher vocational colleges, beginning from the present condition of counselors, and puts forward some new ideas.
