The paper introduces the design and application of scale automatic cleaning system inФ400 mm profile unit.It is found that feeding equipments run more stable after putting into production,equipments failure rate and labour intensity have been reduced,which provided a powerful guarantee for the stable production.Meanwhile,the automatic cleaning system has provided technical support for solving oxidized scale problems and has certain reference value.
