我国女子冰球运动发展状况及存在问题

Development and Problems of Our Women Hockey

文章通过对我国女子冰球发展概况的分析,揭示了其存在的主要问题,分析显示缺乏独立建制的女子冰球职能管理部门、缺乏资金支持、球队比赛机会少、队员退役安置差、后备人才匮乏等因素是阻碍我国女子冰球运动发展的主要因素。同时提出了加强宣传力度,增加冰球运动人口、设置独立建制的女子冰球职能管理部门、国家和地方政府加大资金投入、建立运动员退役保障机制等相应对策来推进我国女子冰球运动的发展,使中国女子冰球重铸辉煌。

The paper analysis the development general situation of our women hockey, found out the main problems. The results showed, lack of independent women＇s hockey function management department, lack of financial support, the team game, players retired less chance placed sent, backup talents shortage factors such as our women hockey movement hampering the development of main factor. Meanwhile proposes that we should strengthen the propaganda, increase hockey movement population, set up independent organizational system women hockey function management department, state and local governments to increase capital investment, retired athlete guarantee mechanism is established, in order to promote our women countermeasures of development and China hockey movement women＇s hockey recast brilliance.
