2005年与2010年黑龙江省学生体质健康状况比较研究

Comparative Study of the Student's Health Status between 2005 and 2010 in Heilongjiang Province

2010年我国开展第六次全国学生体质健康调研工作,黑龙江作为监测地区,组织并开展了此项工作。此次监测采用了实验法对采样地区学校的学生进行身体形态(身高、体重、胸围)、身体机能(肺活量)、身体素质(立定跳远、坐位体前屈、仰卧起坐、斜身引体、引体向上、50m×8往返跑、1 000m、800m)的测试,并将测试结果与2005年调研数据进行了比较分析,发现:黑龙江省学生体质除身体机能中呼吸机能有所提高外,身体形态、身体素质呈现下降趋势,尤其是身体素质中的爆发力、耐力素质下降明显,且男生下降较女生显著;大学生身体形态、机能状况呈稳定趋势,但身体素质下降显著,说明黑龙江省中小学生体质、大学生身体素质较2005年总体有所下降。此监测结果应引起教育行政主管部门、学校、家长及学生的高度注意,各级有关部门、组织和人员应重视学生体质健康工作,加强宣传、强化监督管理机制,激发学生主动参与体育锻炼的热情,以更好地改善黑龙江省学生体质健康状况。

The monitor tested body shape （height, weight, chest circumference）, physical function （vital capacity）, physical fitness （standing long jump, sit and reach,sit-ups, Xieshen pull, Pull, 50m x 8, 1 000m, 800m） in Heilongjiang Province by Expeirenting, and the test data were compared with 2005 data and finding： All students＇ respiratory function of the physical function improve, the body shape, physical fitness showed a downward trend, especially in explosive power, endurance decreased significantly, and the boys are worser than the girls; The quality students body shape, functional status is stable trend, but the physical fitness decline, illustrating the primary school physical fitness, students physical decline compared to 2005 in Heilongjiang Province. Education authorities, schools, parents and students should pay attention to the work, All departments, organization and personnel should pay attention to the job, strenthening advocacy, supervision and management mechanism, to stimulate students to actively participate in physical exercise and other ways to improve the enthusiasm of the physical condition of students in Heilongjiang Province.
