摘要
本文主要是在针对沁水煤层气气田的总体特性,需要经过压裂改造才能投产的实际地质情况,在沁水煤层气田区块的气藏基本特征的详细描述的基础上对沁水煤层气田水力压裂投产技术进行优化。形成采取光套管注入、兰州石英砂、变排量(2~8m3/min)、大液量(500~750m3)、高砂量(60m3)、砂比(8~16%)的活性水压裂配套技术。在现场施工过程中应用优化的压裂技术,并取得了良好的效果。
Based on the actual geological conditions of CBM field in Qinshui basin, the general character of the reservoir needs to be reformed by hydraulic fracturing method before the well being put into production. After detailed description of the basic characteristics of the gas deposit in Qinshni CBM field block, the authors then depicted optimization of hydraulic fracturing techniques in Qinshui. A Comprehensive hydraulic fracturing technique was developed, i.e. injection of large volume of Lanzhou quarts sand (60m3) through smooth casings with a variable displacement pump (2 - 8m3/min) using great quantity of active water (500 - 750m3) at a sand ratio of 8 - 16%. Application of the optimized hydraulic technique obtained good result at the site.
