摘要
本文针对国内外煤层气裸眼造穴施工中普遍存在的造穴效率低、风险高的现状,研究开发出了一套安全高效的射流+机械方式的复合造穴技术,通过多口井的造穴现场试验与应用,形成了自主的系列射流造穴及机械造穴工具及配套复合造穴工艺,取得多项技术突破,形成为煤层气高效开采提供了技术保障。
A composite cavity-forming technique is developed, which includes a set of safe and highly effective jets plus mechanical tools based on the fact that the efficiency is universally low and risks are high in making cavities in open CBM wells both at home and abroad. After making site tests in a multiple of wells, the authors developed a series of jets and mechanical tools and the associated cavity - making technology. Breakthrough was made in a number of technologies, which provide technical guarantee for effective extraction of coalbed methane.
