新时期中朝关系定位与中朝边境地区经济合作发展

Orientation of China-DPRK Relationship in New Period and Economic Cooperation in Border Areas of Two Countries

以中朝两国建交60周年为契机,在两国领导人的直接关心和共同推动下,中朝关系明确定位于"战略高度"和"长远角度"。明确定位既为制定新时期中朝经济合作方针和原则奠定基础,同时也推动中朝边境经济开发合作呈现出结构性变化和政策性关联的特点。伴随着以"共同开发、共同管理"为原则的中朝边境经济开发合作项目的顺利开工和推进,必将引导朝鲜经济发展超越"输血式"的援助模式,实现自身"造血"能力的提高。同时有利于朝鲜逐渐融入国际社会,促进朝鲜半岛和平稳定,提升边境经贸合作层次,促进边境地区"人与环境"的和谐共生。

During period of celebrating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relation establishment,the leaders of China and DPRK explicitly expressed that the two countries would develop their relationship in a strategic level and in a long-term perspective.This orientation not only provides basis for formulating guidelines and principles of Sino-DPRK economic cooperation,but also promotes structural changes on economic cooperation in border areas of the two countries.The smooth start and construction of economic cooperative projects in border areas that are guided by principle of ＂joint development and joint management＂ will certainly lead the DPRK to develop its economy in an independent way.It will also help North Korea integrate into the international community,advance the peace and stability of the Korean peninsula,heighten the level of border trade and economic cooperation,and promote the harmony of man and nature in these areas.
