Theoretical Study and Practical Exploration on the "Three Creation" Education of Financial Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

培养高素质的金融人才是适应金融业快速发展的需要,也是发展高职高专教育的必然要求,其核心是培养学生"创新"精神、"创业"意识和"创优"能力。高职高专院校应从人才培养目标、人才培养模式、教育体系、教育教学模式等方面加强理论研究与实践探索,寻求切实提升高职高专教育人才质量的有效途径。

Training high-quality financial talents is not only the needs of adapting the rapid development of financial industry,but also the inevitable requirement for higher vocational education;the core is to cultivate students＇ ＂Innovation＂ spirit,the ＂Entrepreneurship＂ consciousness and the ＂Excellence＂ ability.Higher vocational college should strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration on the talents training goal,personnel training mode,educational system,educational and teaching mode,to seek an effective way to improve the talents quality of the higher vocational education.
