Brief Discussion on the Role of Person in International Law

传统国际法中很少有直接与个人相关的国际法内容,个人只是以难民、国际罪犯和外国人等特殊身份出现在国际法的视野中。目前,个人在国际法中的地位有了改变,人们不再完全依附自己的国家,而是在其基本权利受到侵害时可以向一些国际条约和组织提出申诉,在具体领域成为国际法的权利义务主体。个人成为国际法的主体是社会发展的必然结果,而且,个人成为国际法的主体之后,必将为国际法的发展带来重大契机。

Traditional international law has little content related with person.The person only appears in the view of international law as refugees,international criminals and foreigners.At present,the role of person in international law has changed.The person has no longer attach to his own country,and appeal to some international treaty and organization when his basic right was violated and become the main body of right and obligation in specific area.The person become the main body of international law is the certain result of the development of society and it could bring more critical point of time for the development of international law.
