摘要 需求响应是指用户对激励措施采取的响应以降低用电成本。不同的用户有相异的用电特性,可以采用相应的激励措施,引导用户合理用电。用户对采取的激励措施做出响应,达到削峰填谷的作用。本文首先根据用户的用电特性,将用户进行分类,类型包括可简单转移负荷、后继性负荷、有储存容量的用户等。并根据相应的激励措施,为每一类用户建立了对应的优化模型。最后,通过对集总空调用户,采用分时电价的激励措施进行调控,引导用户改变用电方式,调控结果表明,改变用电方式不但为用户节约了电费,还达到了平滑负荷曲线的目的。 Different customer has different power usage characteristic.Different kinds of incentive measures can be used to lead the customers use power reasonably.The customers response to the incentive measures,and the load would be shifted.In this paper,based on the customers' different power usage characteristics,we classify the customers,and the types.And based on the incentives the relative optimal models are built.At last for some customer,the time of use is used to regulate the customer,and lead the customer change their power usage custom.It shows that for this customer changing the way of power usage not only lowered the power expenses but smooth the load curve.
