摘要
针对高校实验技术队伍建设和考核中存在的量化难、类别多、可比性小等问题,通过对实验技术岗位的职责和功能的深入分析,探讨高校实验技术人员业绩考核所需要的制度设计,从考核体系、考核制度、考核流程、考核方法多角度建立高校实验技术人员的综合考核评价制度,提出考核评价过程中基于基本岗位职责的分类业绩考核设计、奖惩补充设计和需要考虑的主要量化因素。
Aimed at problems occurred in constructing and evaluating experimental technicians in colleges and universities,such as variously sorting,accurately evaluating and fairly comparing,we discussed the devisal of system demanded for workload evaluation according to their duties and functions.The integrated evaluating system for technicians was established from points of view including evaluating system,rule,process and approach.Based on fundamental duties of each position,we presented designs of sorted workload evaluation and supplementary rewards and punishment rules,and important considerations of integrated evaluation.
