高校实验室管理中存在的问题及对策

随着社会对人才综合素质和创新能力要求不断提高,对高校实验教学提出了更高要求。高校实验室管理中的一些问题逐渐暴露:实验技术人员的总体学历水平不高,人才结构不合理;资金投入不合理,导致实验设备利用率低下,资源闲置,造成巨大浪费;实验室投入不足,实验室建设难以进入良性循环。文中通过对目前高校实验室管理体制和实验室仪器、人员、资金管理等方面存在问题的剖析,提出了加强高校实验室建设和管理的对策与建议。

With the society＇s overall quality of talent and ability to innovate continually increasing demands on the experimental teaching a higher requirement.Some problems of university laboratory management gradually exposed： Laboratory technicians overall education level is not high,structure of talents is not reasonable.Capital input is unreasonable,leading to experimental equipment utilization, resources under enormous unused,waste.Laboratory,the laboratory construction insufficient investment to enter benign circulation.Through the present universities laboratory management system and laboratory instruments,staff,fund management,analyzed problems existing and proposed to strengthen the laboratory construction and management countermeasure and the suggestion.
