摘要 Brg1是染色质重塑复合物的重要组成成分,参与染色质重塑过程,同时可以大大提高细胞重编程的效率。本文就Brg1介导的染色质重塑复合物在细胞增殖和分化过程中的作用进行综述。 Brgl, the component of the chromatin remodeling complex, plays a role in chromatin remodeling and highly increases the reprogramming efficiency. Here the role of Brgl-dependent chromatin remodeling complex in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of cells was reviewed.
