摘要
以贵州省大学生为研究对象,从实证调查的角度研究贵州省高校大学生学习动机。研究发现,贵州省大学生学习动机总体水平较高,动机强弱顺序表现为能力追求、利他取向、求知兴趣和声誉获取,其中追求成功是影响学习动机的主要因素。此外,从大学生的性别、民族、生源地、年级及专业等因素进行分析,发现贵州省大学生学习动机水平与性别、年级和专业有显著关联(p<0.05)。
This article takes the college students of Guizhou Province as the research object, to research the students' learning motivation in the empirical method. The results show that the overall level of the motivation is higher. The motivation sequence is as follows: hankering for capability, tendency of altruism, Interest of studying and obtaining reputation, and the pursuit of success is the major factor influencing learning motivation. In addition, making analysis to the influence factors of the college students' sexes, na- tionalities, regions, grades and specialized fields, finds that the college students' learning motivation in Guizhou is significantly correlated with sexes, grades and specialized fields(p〈0.05).
